Cathy joined the Board of Directors of The Townships Project Board in 2008, and became its Chair in 2009.

Cathy is the CEO and Senior Partner of CHF Investor Relations, Canada’s longest-established investor relations company.  CHF serves emerging to mid-cap public companies trading on North American exchanges, and acts as corporate consultant to groups seeking to go public or dual-list in North America.  Based in Toronto, Cathy has spent 30 years in the investment industry in a variety of roles, beginning as a registered representative. She has been a presenter at many international investment conferences in Brazil, China and Canada.  Cathy spent two terms on the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, which sponsors the world’s largest annual mining convention, and continues to be an active member of Women in Mining.

In addition to her business commitments, Cathy spent two terms on the Board of Governors of the University of Guelph, and has spent many years as a dedicated volunteer for such organizations as The Pauline McGibbon Cultural Centre (of which she was President), the North York Harvest Food Bank, the Margarite D’Amelio Children’s Foundation and The Redwood Shelter.
