Certificate of Incorporation


Annual membership dues were set at $100 annually in accordance with Part 2, s. 6 of the By-Laws at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 July 2009.  No receipt is issued for this amount as it is a membership fee, not a donation.

Members who have paid their annual dues are eligible to vote at the annual general meeting.  The President (Martha Deacon) and the Secretary/Treasurer (Brian Dodd) are required to pay their fees and to be members.
